Monument to figure naval officer of RI with a height of 25 meters located at the eastern end of the dock area of fleet Ujung Surabaya. Jalasveva Jayamahe meaning jaya jaya at sea and on land described the greatness of the ancestors of Indonesia in the ocean. This monument is often abbreviated Monjaya, where the bottom of this monument serves as a museum of maritime glory of Indonesia.
Jayamahe Jalesveva Monument was built in 1990 and inaugurated in December 1996 by President Suharto. This monument was built at the initiative of Chief of Staff of Indonesian Navy at the time, Admiral Muhammad Arifin TNI.
